What Creeps You Out? Bed Bugs, Dust Mites or Carabid Beatles

What creeps you out at night when you are lying awake? Do you hear the wind blowing, something clawing at the door, shadows passing the window or do you feel the dust mites crawling on your skin?

Whatever it is, we all have felt that way. If you are one of those people that say nothing creeps you out I will have to call you a liar right now.

Anyway, take a minute to read this blog post by Rob Dunn.   Scientist Spots Missing Link in his Basement, but is too Sleepy to Catch it. It will make you think.

Can Dust Mites Make You Snore ? Ask Darth Vader

People snore for many different reasons. Some because of health reasons like sleep apnoea and others it’s an environmental thing such as dust mites. No matter the reason, snoring can be bad for your health, marriage and sex life.

The Daily Mail from across the pond published a very good article by By Matthew Barbour that describes the different types of snorer. The question is are you a Nasal, Tongue or Mouth or Darth Vader snorer? If you are not sure just click on the link http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-2070341/Snoring-Is-partner-whistler-rumbler-Darth-Vader-wheezer.html?ito=feeds-newsxml and find out.

He even gives you a test so you can see which type you are.

The reason I titled this post “Can dust mites make you snore” is because they can. If you have allergies to dust mites there is a good chance you will snore. My wife covered our bed with the covers and while it did not stop me it made it better. At least that is what she says.
